General principles:
– before the treatment/massage we talk about your needs and tell you what’s next
– before starting the massage, I wash my hands with soap
– the massage table is covered with a clean sheet, so that you feel comfortable
– I use non-allergic oils from Perskindol or Weleda, gel and/or cream from Perskindol for patients who have unpleasant muscle pain.
